Hex (TV series)

Hex is a UK television series about a girl called Cassie who is threatened by the past from the leader of the Nephilim, Azazeal. It is shown on the Sky One channel.

Cast of Hex

The show is set in a remote English school, and is about the chilling story of one girl's exploration of the supernatural and her own sexual awakening. Cassie is a shy student who discovers she is cursed by terrifying links to the past. Longing to be popular, but only truly loved by her best friend, Thelma the lesbian ghost. Cassie realises she possesses dangerous powers. Stalked by Azazeal, the leader of the Nephilim, Cassie has no choice but to fight against the powerful forces that threaten her existence.

Whilst the show was a cult success, it also incorrectly quotes apocrypha on record and made "Hollywood" what can clearly be read in biblical books, such as Enoch. For instance, the fallen angels were called the Watchers or Grigori and their children with mortals were called the Nephilim (meaning Giants or Titans).

Hex was created by the creators of "As If". The theme song is sung by Garbage with their " #1 Crush (Nellee Hooper remix)".
