EVHS Sources Needed

Hi,

Please do not remove the Citations Needed tag from the EVHS article until the article is well sourced. Greg Comlish (talk) 07:51, 5 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Citation Tags

Hi,

More citations are still requested on the EVHS talk page. Please maintain the citation request so other wikipedians know citations are needed. Greg Comlish (talk) 04:20, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Do not continue to remove tags that request sources for the claims in the article. You are getting very close to vandalism at this point. ... discospinster talk 13:40, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Citation Request for Taos High School

Hi,

Which facts do you feel need citations in the THS article? It is customary to list the requested citations in the talk page so people can add them and then get rid of the "citations needed" tag. Greg Comlish (talk) 21:51, 15 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

If an article's facts are in dispute, you should post the disputed facts on the talk page. This serves two purposes: (1) article editors know which citations have been requested. (2) uncited material may be removed from the article. Greg Comlish (talk) 13:24, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading Image:POJOAQUEgirlsbasketball08.jpg. I noticed that the file's description page currently doesn't specify who created the content, so the copyright status is unclear. If you did not create this file yourself, then you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, then a link to the website from which it was taken, together with a restatement of that website's terms of use of its content, is usually sufficient information. However, if the copyright holder is different from the website's publisher, then their copyright should also be acknowledged.

As well as adding the source, please add a proper copyright licensing tag if the file doesn't have one already. If you created/took the picture, audio, or video then the {{GFDL-self}} tag can be used to release it under the GFDL. If you believe the media meets the criteria at Wikipedia:Fair use, use a tag such as {{non-free fair use in|article name}} or one of the other tags listed at Wikipedia:Image copyright tags#Fair use. See Wikipedia:Image copyright tags for the full list of copyright tags that you can use.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their source and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link. Unsourced and untagged images may be deleted one week after they have been tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If the image is copyrighted under a non-free license (per Wikipedia:Fair use) then the image will be deleted 48 hours after 14:21, 29 March 2008 (UTC). If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. MECUtalk 14:21, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wiki Tips

Hi,

I noticed you've been making things bold by using the <b> and </b> tags. These and other html tags work, but wikipedia prefers if you use its own formatting system.

In Wikipedia you can make things bold by placing three apostrophes around something: '''like this'''

You can also make italics by using two apostrophes: ''like this''

If you forget, there is a menu of commands about the edit box when you are editing. Greg Comlish (talk) 15:24, 29 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hi

Just saying hi. I live in Española, so we must be neighbors or almost. —JerryFriedman (Talk) 03:06, 31 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Taos High School

I appreciate the contributions made to Taos High School.

I'm not the individual who referred to Taos as a "city", in fact I don't really care. That's why I removed that word, since some individuals have taken it upon themselves to take ownership of the word and make it an issue.

Let's work towards, providing the information that make this site useful and not worry about semantics.
