History
The "All 1" got the place of the old Cable factory 1999 because the old place at the "Allende Virtel" got cancled and destroyed for new houses.
The "All 1" planed a sports and teens project and won 1999 & 2000 citycontest "Teens build the new Berlin".
2001 got the "All 1" the place next to the old Cable factory whats about 1ha
The Mellowpark grow very fast and is now the biggest Outdor Skaterpark in Europe.
Today is the Mellowpark a place for more than 20.000 peoples yearly. The youth welfare office sponsors the Mellowpark with over 75.000 € (115.000 US$) yearly.
The "Berner Group" a privat Investor buyed the place next to the Mellowpark and planed a project for Lofts, the only term is to close the Mellowpark because, noone would buy a Loft next to a Skaterpark.
