I haven't found any rules that states all articles edition of this Wikipedia should be entitled in English, so I disagree to move this article into English. It is ridiculous to say that "Sundanese language titles are meaningless". Are Latin/Greek/Javanese/Malay/Arabic/Polski titles also meaningless?
