I'm not an administrator so sorry for acting like one. I noticed the illegal moves you have done from the beginning but I waited for administrators first to take action. But they did not. Apparently, even Wikipedia administrators are dumb about this thing or they are just lazy. Anyways, if you want to debate with me regarding this, then I'll just nominate your photos for deletion. That's the only proper way so we can discuss the validity of the licenses you attached to the photos you uploaded. And as a final message, you can actually win if a discussion is started. You'll just need to say. "You got no proof that I didn't take this pictures." However, I'm not a dumbass.

Sorry for all of this. I only replied to you now because I'm planning to create another major article here in Wikipedia. I just felt I should at least settle some issues I got into before proceeding.

Commercial use of Image:Newpuclarkcampus.jpg

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Newpuclarkcampus.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Newpuclarkcampus.jpg has a copyright license type implying some type of restricted use, such as for non-commercial use only, or for educational use only or for use on Wikipedia by permission, which was either uploaded on or after 2005-05-19 or is not used in any articles (CSD I3). While it might seem reasonable to assume that such files can be freely used on Wikipedia, this is in fact not the case[1][2]. Please do not upload any more files with these restrictions on them, because content on Wikipedia needs to be compatible with the GNU Free Documentation License, which allows anyone to use it for any purpose, commercial or non-commercial. See our non-free content guidelines for more more information.

If you created this media file and want to use it on Wikipedia, you may re-upload it (or amend the image description if it has not yet been deleted) and use the license {{GFDL-self}} to license it under the GFDL, or {{cc-by-sa-2.5}} to license it under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike license, or use {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain.

If you did not create this media file but want to use it on Wikipedia, there are two ways to proceed. First, you may choose one of the fair use tags from this list if you believe one of those fair use rationales applies to this file. Second, you may want to contact the copyright holder and request that they make the media available under a free license.

If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. This bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion, it did not nominate Image:Newpuclarkcampus.jpg itself. Feel free to leave a message on the bot operator's talk page if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot. If you have any questions about what to do next or why your image was nominated for speedy deletion please ask at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. Thanks. --Android Mouse Bot 2 06:51, 28 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as you did to ABS-CBN News Channel, you will be blocked from editing. Trusilver 05:17, 3 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image Copyright problem
Image Copyright problem

Thank you for uploading Image:Panatag.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the image. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. NOTE: once you correct this, please remove the tag from the image's page. STBotI (talk) 11:29, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The only instance where a word would be boldfaced in the lead is the first appearance of the article title; for example in the ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation article, the only words that should be boldfaced is "ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation" and no word else, unless you're mentioning some former names or nicknames of the network. "Asia's first commercial television broadcaster" shouldn't be boldfaced. --Howard the Duck 12:13, 31 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Why did you removed the references in the Philippine names for Spratly Islands?

I'll revert what you did unless you can find a proper way to cite the sources for the Philippine names. I've observed that you had also added many Philippine names on other features. I'm intending to ask you on where did you found those names later. But since I've already posted on your talk page, I'll ask it now. Estarapapax (talk) 14:17, 10 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Replaceable fair use Image:China spratly.jpg

Replaceable fair use
Replaceable fair use

Thanks for uploading Image:China spratly.jpg. I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails our first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could reasonably be found or created that provides substantially the same information. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

  1. Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
  2. On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you have uploaded other non-free media, consider checking that you have specified how these images fully satisfy our non-free content criteria. You can find a list of description pages you have edited by clicking on this link. Note that even if you follow steps 1 and 2 above, non-free media which could be replaced by freely licensed alternatives will be deleted 2 days after this notification (7 days if uploaded before 13 July 2006), per our non-free content policy. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Polly (Parrot) 23:51, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Image:Pugad kalayaan.jpg, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Image:Pugad kalayaan.jpg is unquestionably copyright infringement, and no assertion of permission has been made.

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Image:Pugad kalayaan.jpg, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Papua merger?

Hello I deleted your addition to Republic of West Papua because it was unsourced and pretty fantastical. Where did you get this information? Please post on my talk. -Justin (koavf)TCM05:21, 12 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Archiving your talk page

Hello, I revert the blanking of your own talk page. Well, as you know, none of us OWN anything in Wikipedia, including our talk page. I suggest you archive them than deleting all the messages. Your talk page serves as a testimony to your credentials as a Wikipedian. Do you get many violations? Are you being praised from you've done?, etc. I myself have several violation notices already. If you blanked them just for that purpose, just to hide the "evidences" of your violations, then it's not good for the community. I hope you'll not get upset with this.

Also, I have reverted your latest edit in Mischief Reef. Please follow the consensus that only the international name and the local name as called by the occupant nation are used as MAIN terms. And another one, I've observed that you've uploaded many photos in Wikipedia which you labeled as SELF-MADE. To be honest, unless you're a Philippine military personnel who was assigned in the Spratlys (and have flown above Swallow Reef, as depicted by the photo), I can't imagine other ways you could have MADE those photos on your own. Among all claimant nations, only Philippines have public-domain photo policy in all photos created by the government. So, even if the photo in Swallow Reef is taken by the Malaysian government, you cannot upload them. Please cite the sources of the photo (links). If you have trouble finding public-domain photos, just let me know, I'll help you.

I haven't added any deletion tags on the photos you uploaded. I'm sure someone will add later. I'm saying this thing to you because you seem to keep repeating uploading copyrighted images even if you have been warned many times. I suggest you take a look at all the photos I uploaded for Policies, activities and history of the Philippines in Spratly Islands and figure out what's with them. Again, I'm so sorry that I need to talk to you like this. It's better that we follow the rules, all the time. eStaRapapax xapaparatse! exsatpaarpa! 14:26, 15 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for 3-month late response

Hello. Sorry for my very late response. Well it seems you want me to realize that I'm far younger than you (I'm 18 years old younger than you based on what you said). However, I believe age does not matter here. I do respect elder guys, but that does not mean I will just disregard mistakes they are doing. Wikipedia struggles to free itself from inappropriate media materials.

You claimed that all the photos you uploaded are SELF-MADE. I can't agree with you. Unless you're the one who personally shot the photos, then you should not upload these photos. Have you been to Pagasa? to Dos Palmas? to Swallow Reef? to Parola Island? Actually, I already found where you got some of these pictures. For example, the Picture you uploaded for Parola. Are you Alan Gil Fernando? I'm certain that you got the Parola photo from his website. If not, then how come you're the one who possess ownership of the Parola photo you uploaded?

I believe I also saw the three other photos in other websites while doing a Google Image search. If you are really determined to contribute appropriate materials (both media and information) to Wikipedia, then you must at least read the rules on image uploading. Click this link: Wikipedia:Image copyright tags.

On that page, real all the guide lines. Then try opening Wikipedia:Image copyright tags/All. You used {{cc-by-3.0}} for all the photos you uploaded. This tag can only be used if you're actually the one who shot the photos. So, I'll enumerate some valid alternative tags you can use:

1. {{PD-Philippines}}. I used this tag for this picture: Image:Scarborough Shoal Filipinos.jpg. As stated by the permission, the photo becomes in public domain (meaning, owned by the public) if: a) expressed work was either released into the public domain by the copyright holder, b) the copyright has expired, or c) the work is ineligible for copyright. The Scarborough photo falls under the letter b reason. Here in the Philippines, a photo copy-right expires after 50 years.

2. {{PD-PhilippinesPubDoc}}. I used this tag for these pictures: Image:Pagasa Island C130 plane.jpg and Image:Pagasa Island Aerial.jpg. This is the tag you will use pictures owned by our government. Any picture taken by a government employee during his working hours are considered as pictures belonging to the public. The sources of the two photos I uploaded clearly states that they are owned by Armed Forces of the Philippines.

Other countries have similar tags, like USA. However, China, Taiwan, Malaysia and Vietnam does not. There are countless images in the internet which are probably owned by governments of these countries but they don't have any Public Document laws. That's why I felt that the photo you uploaded for Swallow Reef can't be uploaded. If it was taken by Malaysian government, then you can't upload them.

3. If the image is copyrighted, you can use a fair use tag. Read this twice and understand all of what it is saying: Wikipedia:Non-free_content. Here are some examples I uploaded for this one: Image:Ligao Cartoon.gif and Image:Reed Bank oil field.jpg. Read all the FAIR USE RATIONALE I included. That is very important.

You can only use this method for the following reasons: the image is of an utmost importance or significance and no free-content alternative is available. Try understanding all this thing in your own. I messed with this thing for about three days when I first used it.

If you can't upload the photo by method 1, 2 or 3, then better not upload it. It's clearly copyrighted. By the way, I haven't nominated your pictures for deletion yet, but I guess I'll do it later (maybe next month or next semester. I'll wait for your response first).

I just felt I should at least settle some issues I got into before proceeding. eStaRapapax xapaparatse! exsatpaarpa! 16:20, 18 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
