- Legal advice to IAC/InterActiveCorp in its $685 million acquisition of Hotwire.com.
- Advised General Electric in its €2 billion acquisition of Instrumentarium Corporation.
- Represented insurance companies in Hurricane Katrina-related litigation over whether insurers should cover flood damage.[1]
