Request reason:

It was not me, Adoniscik violated 3RR. Please see [1]. Please see also [2] for my explanations. I am blocked but Adoniscik is not even warned?!.. For the equal treatment, I am expecting Adoniscik gets blocked as well. The misuse of administrative privileges by the sysop Toddst1 is clear. Could someone tell me how and where can I file a complaint about this admin while I am blocked? It seems to be that he also involved in similar misuses [3], [4]. A user is blocked without a proper WP:SSP process, by him, indefinitely for block evasion. Please check the block log of the user here [5]. Admin extended the block days after days, without waiting the expiry date, as he will, and eventually blocked him indefinitely. The user explain his case sincerely here [6] that his evasion was not purposed[7]. Embarrassingly, the admin deliberately presented the case as sockpupetry. Now he did the same to me [8]. I am hoping that there are some admins with common sense will take this issue before he blocks me indefinitely directly or gradually starting with an extension of the block due to the personal attack, as he did to Philsercal. There is a sockpupetry case is opened for me and I got blocked. I cannot defend myself. Thanks. (I hope you do not mind if I ask what is too obvious? It should not be hard for you to answer. It is waste of my time to contribute to a project like this moderated people like you.)
