DYK for Allocator (C++)

Updated DYK query On May 17, 2009, Did you know? was updated with a fact from the article Allocator (C++), which you created or substantially expanded. If you know of another interesting fact from a recently created article, then please suggest it on the Did you know? talk page.

Would you be interested in joining this project? We need more editors who share a burden for rescuing promising editors who have gotten into serious trouble because of behavioral issues. IF (a fundamental condition!) they are interested in reforming and adapting to our standards of conduct, and are also willing to abide by our policies and guidelines, rather than constantly subverting them, we can offer to help them return to Wikipedia as constructive editors. Right now many if not most users who have been banned are still active here, but they are here as socks or anonymous IPs who may or may not be constructive. We should offer them a proper way to return. If you think this is a good idea, please join us. I Seek To Help & Repair! (talk) 05:12, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I personally think proper conduct is one of the most important traits of a good contributor. Unfortunately, I do believe that serious behavioural issues are often a result of external factors that we as Wikipedia editors are unable to remedy. That said, I really think that this project has some merit. I'll consider it. decltype (talk) 06:04, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

GA

Yes, I'm totally backlogged. However, I'll have free time from Wednesday to Sunday. I'll take another look now for yours assuming edits were made. - Mgm|(talk) 09:21, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi there Stifle!

I was slightly puzzled by your deletion of ^^^ as patent nonsense. From what I recall there was some kind of "structure", giving his name and a non-credible claim of importance. decltype (talk) 13:01, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh, and by the way, there is a typo in User_talk:Stifle/wizard/deleted/why (last line). decltype (talk) 13:01, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I suppose it should have been an A7. I'll restore it and redelete it with the right reason.
Thanks for pointing out the mistake in the wizard; I've fixed it. Stifle (talk) 13:03, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rough Re-review

Can you do a rough re-review of n360. I think I have fixed the concerns you have. Therefore, I can fix any further concerns you have before you make a decision at the end of the week. --Tyw7‍ ‍‍ (TalkContributions) Leading Innovations >>> 16:12, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Done. There's basically only one issue left as far as I can see. decltype (talk) 16:30, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What is a fact tag? Can you point it out to me?--Tyw7‍ ‍‍ (TalkContributions) Leading Innovations >>> 19:51, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
This is a fact tag:[citation needed]. Never seen one of those? :) decltype (talk) 20:40, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
How about now?--Tyw7‍ ‍‍ (TalkContributions) Leading Innovations >>> 10:31, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I passed the article yesterday. Good work. decltype (talk) 14:36, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you!

Thanks for reverting the vandalism on my userpage earlier today :) Jozal (talk) 21:21, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No problem :) decltype (talk) 21:22, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

ROI (business) vs. rate_of_return

ROI is such a commonly used term in business (at least in my experience), the current "rate of return / ROI" content is very much financial / mathematical in nature. Amdg47 (talk) 19:00, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Well, I think the article used to be more "business-like" in nature, but the contents was merged into ROR. See [1]. That said, if you want to continue expanding on ROI (business), I shall not object. decltype (talk) 19:08, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Aaron wasserman

Fine by me - I didn't read much of it, just enough to establish lack of notability. Just so long as it's gotten rid of. --User:AlbertHerring Io son l'orecchio e tu la bocca: parla! 19:33, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I dunno, man, he is the son of Zoltan III, after all. I mean...Zoltan III. --User:AlbertHerring Io son l'orecchio e tu la bocca: parla! 19:35, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Lin jia jun

Hmm, perhaps you're right, though WP:RFD would be the more appropriate course of action in this case. –Juliancolton | Talk 15:11, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you so much for responding, which as a result, responded to your suggestions. ATC . Talk 22:26, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I see that user Mgm has responded on 18 may, so I will decline your invitation for the moment. Jezhotwells (talk) 02:26, 25 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • I intended to check all my GA reviews two days ago, but I totally forgot this was still open and focused on other articles. My apologies. It's now a GA. Please make this main page material Wikipedia deserves some FA's on good films :) - Mgm|(talk) 08:30, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Maury Markowitz

Maybe, maybe not :). I'll have a look. decltype (talk) 13:37, 26 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Barnstar

The Special Barnstar
I give this barnstar to you as you continued and put full effort into grading The Naked Brothers Band: The Movie article, when it wasn't being looked at or focused on for nomination. Thank you. ATC . Talk 01:52, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That's kind of you, but I think you are confusing me with Jezza. I didn't do this review. decltype (talk) 03:35, 28 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
