Every other website including IMDB says he was born in 1968. What is the source for the 1964 date?

Picture

I have one of him, and I would like to publish it under a free copyright license , but every time I click the If you are ready to do this, and are logged on to you WIkipedia account, click here link it brings me to a page that says there's a permission error. I took the picture myself (well, my mother did) at an airport in Costa Rica. It's actually a pretty good picture, and the only other places it appears on the internet are myspace and facebook. I did it :)

Took me a while, but I finally figured out. I am filled with an immense amount of pride and joy. I have read wikipedia for a while now, and I want to start really getting useful around here. So I labored for three nights trying to figure this out, and I did. If anyone reads this, I would really appreciate being thanked. It will give me the self-esteem necessary to become a good, useful wikipedian. That, and/or constructive criticism. Or just talk to me. On July 12, 2009, Donovan was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after failing a field sobriety test. [1]
