Ned O'Sullivan is an Irish politician and member of the 23rd Seanad Éireann for Fianna Fáil on the Labour Panel. He is a former member of Listowel Town Council and Kerry County Council. He is a cousin of the former TD and senator Kit Ahern.

In December 2008, he sent silk ties to approximately 400 County Councillors, at his own expense.[1][2]
