Fair use rationale for Image:Mightylemondrops.jpg

Image:Mightylemondrops.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Plagarism

Looks like much of the biography originally came from [1]. I gave the article a good clean-up before discovering this, which has reduced the amount of borrowed prose remaining in the article, but thought it needed to be mentioned - Foetusized (talk) 21:54, 8 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Suggest minor correction of grammar as follows: 'In 2007 the band were reported to have been offered the chance to reform at the Coachella festival.[citation needed]' Furry Canary (talk) 13:15, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
