The planned neighbourhood will include 2800 apartments, 530 cottages (being built largely for Gush Katif evacuees), eight kindergartens, an elementary school, a high school, a youth cultural center, religious institutions, a commercial center, a park, a playground, a clinic and two daycare centers. The neighbourhood is also being planned as a luxury development with an apartment in the project is expected to cost up to NIS 800,000]].[4]The development will be among the first of its kind in Israel.
