From what we can tell from the usage patterns of this IP, it's an in-store display; there's been nothing but vandalism from this IP, so there's not much reason to lift the block. --jpgordon^{::==( o )} 00:51, 29 December 2009 (UTC)

Except this IP made its last edit to an article over 1.5 years ago. I have posted a request to look into the situation at WP:AN, as the block log indicates that the block should have expired a LONG time ago, yet the contribs list for this IP shows that the block is still active. Just had someone look into it. According to this, this is part of a range of IP addresses used exclusively by Best Buy stores. There is nothing but vandalism from this range, so the block seems reasonable. If you wish to edit, please find a computer that is not in a best buy store, and create an account there. --Jayron32 03:22, 29 December 2009 (UTC)
