I did not vandalize that page, sir. I strongly object to your accusations and I will elevate this matter to the highest authority. I was simply helping you try to prevent further vandalism. I wrote: "Quit your vandalism, or you will be blocked. That is all." I'm trying to help. What harm is there in that?

^^ That is improperly marked up wikipeak. You'll have to try again. Also I did not vandalize. I am working to remind everyone that wikipedia should not be vandalized. READ MY ACTUAL EDITS. You simply assume I am doing harm. I am trying to build up my e-rep and become the first admin/mod operating from an IP. What harm is there in trying to help people like you fight other vandals? Please respond. Thanks.

The answer is SPAM. Those users were already reminded on their edits, with a certain message regarding a certain edit of a certain article. Your comments unnecessarily repeat those messages, often in inappropriate places, like Divine Word College of Laoag.
