MostWanted05

The user who reverts these articles and add this rhetroic and nonsense as well as opinion and uncomfirmed signings to these articles. It's getting old and I am possibly in the mode of reporting this user who is known as MostWanted05 to the Wiki-editors. I have ran out of ideas and I tried to reason with the person. No avail. Is there anything I can do? Thanks for responding! LILVOKA 9 December 2005.

Reply: MostWanted05 has been banned form editing Wikipedia. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask.

Thanks--- MostWanted05 maybe banned but the presence is around still! Now the user is also going under the User:86.136.5.242 and User talk:86.134.208.138? A brief history of this user tells that the opinions stated here and reverting are down here (as you can tell you notice that stupid "Stop Snitchin'- Stop Lyin' phrase in every article! Tell me is that inappropriate or what? But check for yourself:

Thanks LILVOKA 9 December 2005.

Sorry about the sandbox template

I am experimenting in the sandbox and accidently screwed up putting back the template. Sorry.First Came the Bulldozers 17:32, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Reply: Don't worry. I will remove the warnings.

Stokes theorem

I undid your move of Stokes theorem to Stokes Theorem. The Wikipedia conventions call for small "t". Thanks. Oleg Alexandrov (talk) 18:52, 10 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Reply: Fine. I was unsure about whether it should have a capital "T" or not and a search on Google returned multiple results with capital "T"s instead of small ones. My mistake!

you caught me

Re: How do you become an administrator?

Well there is nothing at all you really have to do to become an administrator. All I can do is give you some guidelines to what people would look for in a RfA, and what I did myself to get such a pleasing result in my RfA. First of all, you may want to have a look at Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/Standards if you haven't already done. On this page, there is a list of many Wikipedians' voting guidelines/standards for RfAs. As for editcounts go, (editcountitis is fatal, by the way) I would suggest you have 2000 edits under your belt before you apply. Additionally, the longer you have been here, the more support votes people tend to get in RfAs. (I like to call that time-itis, but some people are picky with time like that.) When I was nominated for adminship, I had just over 3000 edits spread over 3 months, in a wide range of namespaces (which is another thing voters tend to like). As for doing "stuff" around Wikipedia, try to join some Wikiprojects if you haven't already done so - the more the merrier, but don't join too many that you can't dedicate yourself to all of them! Another good thing to do is get some friends!. I don't mean that in a harsh way, but if you make close friends with other Wikipedians, they would probably be more likely to vote for you even if they don't vote in RfA's normally. A good place to make friends is on IRC. In my opinion, the CVU is a great way to get your name known and seen around Wikipedia. With all your {{test}} warnings that you "issue", many Wikipedians will stumble upon your edits when issuing {{test}} warnings themselves - this is good, as a lot of editors choose not to vote for candidates whose names they haven't seen over Wikipedia. The most important point of the lot, is to be kind and civil, which in my eyes you are, and try not to get into any arguements or major disputes. You, and only you can decide when you are ready to be an administrator. A fellow editor may decide to nominate you before or after that time occurs, or you may choose to nominate yourself. Good luck when that time comes! FireFox 20:00, 13 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
