In May 2009 Kristin Cavallari reveiled in an interview that the film would be released thearatically later that year but has yet to been released. Currently the film is shelved but the search for a distributer will soon resume but the film is likely to be released direct to dvd later in 2010. |

Wild Cherry is an upcoming American high school comedy film starring Rumer Willis and Kristin Cavallari.
Plot
Helen (Tania Raymonde) is a high school senior who is in love with Stanford (Ryan Merriman) her jock boyfriend and has decided to give it all up to him. At least until she learns that her name is written in the high school football team's secret Bang Book and it is Stanford's job to deflower her. The tables are turned and the battle begins when she and her two best friends, (Rumer Willis and Kristin Cavallari) form a pact to maintain their virginity, embarrass the team and foil the plot against them.[1]
Production
Wild Cherry was filmed in Winnipeg, MB in June, July 2008. Most high school scenes were filmed inside of Tec Voc High School. The film was officially completed in December 2008.
