Prison Break: The Conspiracy is an upcoming action-adventure video game based on the first season of the Fox Network television series Prison Break that is due to be released for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The release date has been set for March 19 2010 in Germany, March 26 2010 in the United Kingdom and Europe[1], and March 30 2010 in North America[2]. The game had been in development for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for release in February 2009, but was canceled when Brash Entertainment closed down. However, ZootFly continued the development and self-funded the project for 13 months. Once the game was polished and nearly finished, it was picked up by new publisher Deep Silver[3].

Plot

The protagonist of "Prison Break:The Conspiracy" video game is Company agent Tom Paxton, a ZootFly-developed new character for the video game plot.[4] He is sent to the Fox River State Penitentiary to unravel the mystery behind Michael Scofield (the hero of the TV series) being in the same prison as his brother Lincoln Burrows.

The storyline runs parallel to the first season of Prison Break: Paxton encounters several characters from the series and experiences key events from his own perspective.[5] The action adventure "Prison Break:The Conspiracy" has all the markings of the award-winning TV series: a compelling story, distinct characters, and fast-paced action. Using diverse climbing and stealth skills, the protagonist Paxton explores numerous locations of the series, all brought to life with great attention to detail.

Voices

According to Gamespot with the exception of Sarah Wayne Callies, nearly all of the original cast will be voicing themselves.[6]
