Merger proposal

I've made two merger proposals. First of all, there does not seem to be a difference between seltzer and soda water, so those should be merged. Secondly, the section in this article on history is actually mostly about soda siphons, so I proposed that that be merged into Soda siphon. 138.78.98.196 (talk) 03:50, 3 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

"Soda siphons are therefore best kept away from children, intoxicated people, or the infirm, unless streams of pressurised water are to be intentionally used for mirthful purposes." Is this for real?
