In developing the optimum approach to achieve and maintain health and well-being, there are four steps: The Four Steps:
Step 1: Cleansing
You must get rid of all of the toxins and built-up waste in your body.
Step 2: Replenishing
This step involves replacing the toxins with all the natural resources that your body has been releasing.
Step 3: Strengthening
To ensure the utmost resistance and to maximize the effects of step 1 and step 2. This is important to strengthen the immune system via repetition of the above mentioned steps.
Step 4: Balance
The final step to the path of well-being is to re-establish the equilibria in the various systems of the body. This approach to health is the best way to meet the rigours and challenges presented by the modern world.
