Topics of Interest

Most of these topics of interest overlap with my academic interests. So, pretty much anything law, Early Christian and Jewish studies and ancient history related.

Interest and Academic Expertise

- Everything ranging from manuscript variants to form criticism; historical Jesus, etc.

- The rise of Christianity up to Constantine, historical reconstructions with a focus on manuscript distribution, Christological models and more. A specific focus on the interaction between orthodoxy and heresy in this time, especially in the geographical area of Egypt.

- Mostly the Dead Sea Scrolls, Jewish monotheism and Christianity in its early Second Temple context.

- Alexander the Great and the Hellenistic age, mostly. However, also the Greek kingdoms of the East.

- Development of the common law system, torts, criminal law, contract law, constitutional law, etc.

- Macroeconomics and Microeconomics but preference goes to Macroeconomics on a local and global scale.

Australian and general world politics, political systems, etc
