More importantly the Allocation Questionnaire (AQ) is a vital point in the judicial process in that if a Defence has not been filed an (AQ) will not be dispatched by the court, that being the case it would be with the full knowledge of the litigation parties (Claimant and Defence solicitors) and the judge. Should a case proceed in the absence of a properly completed AQ the proceedings become fraudulent, and that a deal has already been struck between the litigation teams causing significant harm to the injured parties claim for damages.
