However, his clumsy, bumbling, hazardous nature prevents him from doing so. Safety Patrol is a direct-to-TV movie released by Disney in 1998 and told of the exploits of Scout Bozell, a middle school student aspiring to become a member of the school's safety patrol (uniformed hall monitors). The film, originally, aired on ABC and was aired, repeatedly, on the Disney Channel in 1999. It was also released to VHS.
