I'd suggest that the focus of the article should be on comparisons with the mainland and on long-term issues, rather than the "last three years", which will become unmaintainable and quickly dated. You'll also need to provide sourcing. The external links aren't really encyclopedia. Newspapers and business journals are preferred sources.
