HQ Location
The location of Derby for the company is based on the information on the company web site. But the historical origin is Lancashire. The company has a complex past due to the original trust giving ownership to the employes /or for the benefit of the former employees. Hopefuly i've made some sense of it, but if any one can add more detail to clarif it please do. The 80% now held by the private equity investors is not clear in how it fits yet or the merger with the former William plc divison - BulldozerD11 (talk) 02:30, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

A recent block of edits have been reverted as they removed most of the references and wiki links. and added a block of material that read as lifted from a corporate source.
The updates of corporate financial data and other company structure changes at a public level if sourced will meet wikipeda inclusion requirements. But PR speak material and CV /resumes type listing of the management team (Like this) in a article of this size are not suitable, and have been removed as un sourced material any way.
