How do you figure that the voice cast is unnecessary? I found it very useful and without the voice actors there is no show!

Canada Template??

Umm, y is there a Provinces and Territories for Canada template in 'Country of Origin'? Can't some1 write Canada? Hi, I'm a Scooby-pedian! (talk)

Thank you for also taking away 'Yaaa' from the Producer(s) section! --68.98.129.158 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 18:18, 4 April 2010 (UTC).[reply]

Seasons and episodes

The day is April 5. The day came. Can you remove the to be announced thing from the numbers of seasons and episodes will it have? thanx —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.44.119.71 (talk) 18:49, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No one knows how many seasons it'll have. You'll have to wait and see how popular it is. The series likely would never be cancelled entirely, just retitled and reformatted, but the producers don't set out with a certain number of seasons in mind. -- Zanimum (talk) 21:27, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Casey Kasem

earlier it said Kasem recorded dialogue for season 1 and that Matthew lilard would take over for season 2, but now it just lists Lilard. hope they didn't have Lilard record over Kasems dialogue! —Preceding unsigned comment added by Marvelfan28 (talkcontribs) 21:24, 5 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Wow, I'm amazed they'd go with Lillard, Kasem would seem more economical. -- Zanimum (talk) 21:26, 10 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't recognize who was doing the voice of Shaggy in the episode that aired, it may have been Lillard. Shaggy's FATHER was the voice of Kasem though, and the format looked like we'll be seeing the parents as recurring minor characters. 66.53.101.127 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 08:28, 14 April 2010 (UTC).[reply]

More info

Hey, I jsut saw the sneak peek of the show, and I have some more info on the plot76.255.214.133 (talk) 02:47, 6 April 2010 (UTC)Knows something you don't.[reply]

Professor Emmanuel Raffalo/Mr. Lobo connection?

Has there anything been said about the uncanny resemblance between Professor Emmanuel Raffalo and the horror host Mr. Lobo?--DrWho42 (talk) 01:53, 20 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've reincluded the image removed by 99.68.12.135 between Revision as of 03:54, 23 July 2010/Revision as of 03:56, 23 July 2010.--DrWho42 (talk) 08:32, 25 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No, there hasn't been any such talk. I think the image should be removed since it is just speculation and not a quoted fact. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.154.157.243 (talk) 04:46, 26 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the text relating Professor Emmanuel Raffalo to Mr. Lobo.--DrWho42 (talk) 02:17, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I've re-included the image since it's just the image as opposed to the image and the claim that he was inspired by Mr. Lobo.--DrWho42 (talk) 17:07, 27 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I don't see the need for it anymore. It is now just an unnecessary image of a minor character that only appears in one episode. LordoftheDew (talk) 02:04, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

No more Professor Raffalo image. No more Lobo. Enough is enough. People, please stop adding that. There is no truth to it what-so-ever.LordoftheDew (talk) 05:32, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

How do you know that? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.232.1.251 (talk) 02:19, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It has never been said. So then, why do people keep adding it as fact? It is just speculation, and personally, I don't think there is any truth to it. Secondly, do not re-add the image. There is no need for an image of a minor character. Please stop, I'm sick of removing it.LordoftheDew (talk) 10:04, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's not speculation, in fact I personally know someone who storyboards in the same building and knows the character designers who worked on that episode. You not believing that there is any truth to it is your opinion and shouldn't cloud your judgment. The fact that it isn't yet in writing doesn't stand as sufficient evidence that it it's false. Nevertheless, it's a minor detail which I don't believe is worth getting so uptight about, however, I don't see how it hurts the article. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.234.23.120 (talk) 10:21, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Unless you can provide any proof, I don't want it. If it is true then that is just peaches, but I do indeed need it in writing. No proof, no pudding.LordoftheDew (talk) 17:16, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Proof was found at Monster Island News.--DrWho42 (talk) 03:04, 12 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

additional Proof was found at [1]. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.234.23.120 (talk) 19:38, 13 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. As long as there is citations, it's acceptable.LordoftheDew (talk) 00:39, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What's with the major spoilers in the episode summary?

Seriously, some spoilers are to be expected, but that's a scene by scene retelling. No other shows have this format. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.232.239.205 (talk) 04:50, 29 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Some, I have seen, do have that format. There not ridiculously long, so I'd say leave them the way they are. Unless they get out of hand with needless details, there fine. However, I think the synopsis for the 2nd episode should be rewritten. I might just do that myself. As far as spoilers go, common sense would tell you not to read these before you watch the episodes on T.V.. LordoftheDew (talk) 02:02, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I've already elaborated upon the synopsis for the first episode, making it more descriptive. Next I will shorten the synopsis for the other two episodes, making them less descriptive. That way, there will be a nice balance between being too descriptive and not being descriptive enough. Since this is a show that has plot and character progression that carry on from episode to episode, I say this is the format we use. Don't go over every little detail, yet describe the episode from start to finish, focusing on the main points in the story and things that are likely to become more important in later episodes.LordoftheDew (talk) 05:17, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I see there has be some additions to the episode descriptions. They're slightly improved from what I had written so they are fine with me. However, leave the first three alone now. Remember, we do not want to go overboard with needless details.LordoftheDew (talk) 10:14, 2 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Can we at least get a spoiler warning, then? Because if someone were to come to this page when trying to decide whether or not to watch the show, they'll like choose not to having had the entire plot spoiled on a scene by scene basis. 69.232.239.205 (talk) 06:36, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

We don't cater to people like that. This an information site, not a forum.LordoftheDew (talk) 17:16, 4 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"We don't cater to people like that"? Throughout this page you seem to speak as if you had some final authority. It's off-putting. Wikipedia's guidelines don't forbid spoilers, but they do discourage lengthy plot descriptions. What was posted under the "Short Summary" could hardly be called such, as they were largely scene-by-scene descriptions. If there's going to be major plot exposition, then it seems the thing to do is follow the format of other show's wikis and create individual pages for the episodes.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.99.86.28 (talk) 03:16, 30 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

In Fear of the Phantom

I did a little snooping and I was able to semi-confirm the existence of this episode. It is either the 6th or the 7th episode. Like I said though, it is only semi-confirmed. Nobody re-add this to the article until Cartoon Network confirms it for sure. LordoftheDew (talk) 06:39, 30 July 2010 (UTC) Okay, I did some more searching, and Toonzone confirmed it. A few other sites I went to are saying exactly the same thing. I'll put all the episodes back. No harm done. LordoftheDew (talk) 07:37, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Being as the episode JUST aired, this should probably be removed. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.193.12.71 (talk) 23:38, 23 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Writers

Is there any information on who writes the episodes? Internet Movie Database turns up nothing. I think it would be important to include so that it could be like other "list of episode" articles as List of The Real Ghostbusters episodes, etc.--DrWho42 (talk) 00:15, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

For some odd reason there is almost no information to be found about this show. I know that the animation director is named Dan Krall and all the episodes so far have be directed by Curt Geda. A bunch of people write each episode. As soon as I have the ability to watch all them again, I get back to you on that.LordoftheDew (talk) 19:25, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is what I have so far:
# Episode Writer Director
1 "Beware The Beast from Below" Mitch Watson Curt Geda
2 "The Creeping Creatures" Jed Elinoff
Scott Thomas
Curt Geda
--DrWho42 (talk) 19:35, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The writers for the third episode are Robert Lamoreaux, Michelle Lamoreaux, and Mitch Watson.LordoftheDew (talk) 19:43, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The writer for the forth is Adam Beechen.LordoftheDew (talk) 19:46, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The director for the third episode was Victor Cook. Same for the forth.LordoftheDew (talk) 19:49, 3 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Alice May/Gwen Stacy

In the recent episode "The Legend of Alice May", the titular character of that episode is perhaps based off of Gwen Stacy. She is very simular to her in appearance and wears the exact same clothing that Gwen Stacy most often wears. Someone help me find proof or a justifiable reason for adding that to the article.LordoftheDew (talk) 00:56, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What's your basis for this theory? That the characters are both blonde and wear hairbands? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.99.86.28 (talk) 22:35, 28 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

IMDB sites Catherine Tabor as the voice and you guys cite Hynden Walch as the voice. Is there any proof that you guys can cite so that I know for sure it was Walch?? Does her name appear in the end credits for example?

98.213.117.72 (talk) 05:09, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it does. Hynden Walch is the voice of Alice May. Don't believe everything on IMDB.LordoftheDew (talk) 05:59, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Remove Spoilers

Someone please rewrite the episode descriptions to remove all spoilers. It's very inconvenient for everything to be spoiled. There isn't even a spoiler warning, which itself wouldn't be good enough. Wikifixer (talk) 11:03, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

While I understand your concern, Spoilers are no different from any other content and should not be deleted solely because they are spoilers.  Chickenmonkey  17:52, 17 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]
This has already been brought up. No spoiler warnings. This isn't a forum.LordoftheDew (talk) 06:04, 18 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

There are a few others that I know. There is a man that appears in a few episodes that resembles Don Knotts. In "The Revenge of the Man-Crab", two background characters resemble grown-up Pebbles and Bam-Bam.LordoftheDew (talk) 20:03, 25 August 2010 (UTC) Just noticed a Don Knotts-type character in the pre-credits of tonight's "Humungonauts: Episode as well. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.79.96.254 (talk) 02:10, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Just created character and cast links, I'll continue to work on the article some more, may have to wait for the show to air however before new information can be added. LordNatonstan (talk) 23:36, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

is there any new information on this? i haven't seen anything on TV or the internet —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.83.77.2 (talk) 22:31, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The Game

Do you think we should mention the Online games references to the What's New, Scooby-Doo?/A Pup Named Scooby-Doo such as a play set in Coolsville and with Red Herring as the main Suspect? Ztyran (talk) 23:28, 7 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
