Reception
Critical reception
Knock Out was not received well by the critics. The Bollywood review website FilmiTadka gave it 2 out 5 stars.[1] while Nikhat Kazmi of The Times of India rated the film 3 out of 5 stars.[2]

The film's music is given by Gourov Dasgupta with background score by Atul Raninga and Sanjay Wandrekar. The soundtrack has five original tunes, one remix and an alternate version of one song. The soundtrack listing is as below.[3]
