Dragomir "Dragan" Okuka (Serbian Cyrillic: Дpaгoмиp "Дpaгaн" Okуka ; born April 2, 1954 in Porija Kalinovik, near Nevesinje) is a Serbian football manager and a former player. He lastly managed the Bulgarian top club Lokomotiv Sofia. From 13 June 2010,he is became the Head Coach of Kavala F.C. but in November he is finally retired.

Okuka has been known for relying exclusively on an aggressive, attacking game with a lot of goals – always a goal more, for the pleasure of audience.
- FK Obilić - won the Yugoslav Championship with the formation 1:3:5:2.
- Legia Warsaw - won the Polish Championship with the formation 1:3:4:1:2.
- Serbia U21 play with the formation 1:4:4:2
- Wisła Kraków - play with the formation 1:4:4:2.
- AC Omonia - play with formation 1:4:2:3:1
