...Am I being cynical, or is it "strange" that (England&Wales) and (Scotland) should be listed as separate entities in the list of "cannabis use by country" (where Scotland has, apparently, a far lower usage than England&Wales), and yet they are all lumped together as "Great Britain" in the list of "opiate use by country"?

Getting to the Point...
