Uroš II Urošević or Prvoslav (Primislav) (Serbian: Урош II Примислав) was a 12th-century Serbian Grand Prince of Rascia 1140-1150, 1152-1155, 1156-1161.

Uroš II Primislav begins his rule of Rascia in 1140, and in 1149 he is attacked by the Byzantine Emperor Manuel I. His brother Beloš, palatine of the Kingdom of Hungary, and nephew Géza II, King of Hungary, aids him against the attacks of Manuel I.

In 1150 Uroš II gives oaths to servitude to the Emperor[1], Uroš instates Desa as co-ruler after he had gained Duklja and Travunia in 1148 (Serbian Primorje).[2]

In 1153 a dispute between the two brothers result in Desa ousting Uroš II. Byzantine Emperor Manuel I intervenes and re-instates Uroš II in 1155.[3]

In 1161[1]-1162 the Byzantines removed him as the Grand Zhupan of Serbia, and his brother Beloš briefly ruled before Desa took the throne.[4]
