Ajay secretly meets with Ramya and tells her that he did not kill Swapna, and he wants her help to catch the real killer. Will Ramya believe him, or is he just making up a story to justify his escape from facing the death penalty? |

Criminal (Telugu: క్రిమినల్ Kriminal) is a 1994 Telugu and Hindi bilingual film, directed by Mahesh Bhatt and produced by K. S. Rama Rao. It stars Akkineni Nagarjuna, Manisha Koirala, Ramya Krishnan, Nassar, Gulshan Grover, and Sharat Babu. M.M. Keeravani composed music for the film. This film was inspired by The Fugitive which starred Harrison Ford.

Music
M.M. Keeravani composed the music for this film. The audio itself was a huge success. The song "Telusa Manasa" is still considered a classic. M.M. Keeravani himself claims that it was one of his best works. The song is actually inspired from the Internationally acclaimed Enigma (musical project)'s 1990 debut album MCMXC a.D..
