Beaumaris is a suburb of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. It is in the Local Government Area of the City of Bayside. Postcode 3193.

It is situated beside beaches of Port Phillip Bay. The most prominent landmark of this suburb is Rickets Point, a popular beach area.

There are two main shopping strips in Beaumaris, the first is Seaview Shops situated on Balcombe Rd (from which there is no "sea view"), and The Concourse further south just off Reserve Rd. Both contain a supermarket, green grocers, post office, news agent, and numerous restaurants and cafes.

Recreation

  • Beaumaris is home to many parks and reserves.
  • Much of Australia's premiere golf course, Royal Melbourne, resides in and about Beaumaris.
