BTR is the eponymous debut studio album from Big Time Rush, which was released on October 11, 2010 (Columbus Day in US, Thanksgiving Day in Canada). The track listing for the album was announced on September 1, 2010. The album includes the group's singles "Big Time Rush" as well as "City Is Ours", "Halfway There", and "Til I Forget About You".

Singles

"Big Time Rush" was released as the lead single on November 29, 2009. It peaked at sixteen on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100 Singles chart. "Halfway There" was released as the second single on April 27, 2010. It peaked at ninety-three on the US Billboard Hot 100, becoming their first entry on the chart.

"City Is Ours" was released as the third single on August 3, 2010. It peaked at five on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100. "Til I Forget About You" was released as the fourth single on September 21, 2010.

"Boyfriend" was released as their fifth single to US Itunes, but the 1st single to mainstream US radio on February 15, 2011.[2] The version featuring Snoop Dogg will be released to mainstream radio, while the version featuring New Boyz was to be released to rhythmic radio.

"Big Night" peaked at #79 on the Billboard Hot 100, becoming their most successful song to date, despite not being released as a single.

Other notable songs

"Any Kind of Guy" was originally released as the second single on February 2, 2010, but failed to make the final album cut. It still peaked at twenty-four on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100. "Famous" was released as the fourth single on June 29, 2010, but like the second single, also failed to make the album. It still peaked at nineteen on the US Bubbling Under Hot 100.

The album debuted at #3 on the Billboard 200, selling 67,000 units in its first week of release. The album peaked at #5 on the "Top Internet Albums" and #1 on "Top Soundtracks". The album has sold 354,000 copies to date.[4]
