IshQ Bector (born 23 March 1979[1] in Winnipeg, Canada) is an Indo Canadian singer, performer, songwriter, producer and Hip Hop artist.

Beginnings

Born and raised in Winnipeg, Canada, he is also part of a Canadian Hip Hopgroup- Frek Sho, [1].

IshQ studied acting at the Roshan Taneja film studio and Madhumathi’s Academy in Mumbai. He also has movies like- Ugly Aur Pagli and Barsaat to his music credit[2].

Television Career

In addition to his acting career, IshQ has also hosted shows on Channel V, MTV and B4U[3]. He has has also been a participant of the reality TV show- Iss Jungle Se Mujhe Bachao[4]. The show is a concept of the British reality show-I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! (UK TV series). He has also starred in the tv series “ Bollywood Hero” in the role of Girish [5].

Music

IshQ has produced written and sung music for movies like Pyaar ke Side Effects, Dhoom 2, Fight Club, Race,Mission Istanbul, Hello, Ugly Aur Pagli and Allah ke Banday[5]. He has also composed music for the TV series Travel India and Culture Shock[5]. IshQ has also performed with known international artists such as Sean Paul, Rishi Rich, John Cena . [1].

His singles constitute Aye Hip Hopper[2], Daaku Daddy, Ishq De[1]etc.
