Thanks for leaving a reason
On the Stormtrooper (Star Wars) edit, I was getting a little P*ssed off because User:TheRealFennShysa was not leaving any reason of why my edits were or were not appropriate they were just reverted without explanation, I thought he/she/they were trolling to an edit war, In fact I was just about report them in the Edit War noticeboard. I thought it was a notable cultural reference but apparently not. Thanks again. 71.101.84.191 (talk) 14:49, 17 March 2011 (UTC)

Read the Native American article. The term is inclusive covering all of North and South America, while First Nations is exclusive, covering only Canada. Therefore she is both. Yworo (talk) 14:15, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

In addition, she is Cree, a nation which spans and is independent of both US and Canada. Yworo (talk) 14:19, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't really get this distinction either, but the people who argue about this from the Canadian side insist on "First Nations." This is apparently how the categories are set up. But ah well, I won't quibble about this. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 16:46, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sure they are probably perfectly right for tribes contained completely in one country or the other. :-) Yworo (talk) 18:16, 2 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks

Thanks for catching my mistake. I was trying to NPOV the recent addition to article, but I have no attachment to my version. If you think it needs further modification, do please make any changes you think are best. Many thanks, --TeaDrinker (talk) 05:51, 4 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I have advised him to keep his questions confined to the ref desk. His questions don't seem to belong on that article talk page. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 02:45, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I know; somebody needs to stop him eventually. Either incompetent or a troll. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 02:46, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
He claims to be 12. Could be. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 02:50, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
well, that explains it... Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 02:51, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Obviously the same guy as "Jaboc"-whatever, and I expect it to be blocked soon. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 03:20, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
He gawn, bye-bye. ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 03:49, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Darn. Good things always happen when I'm out to get some coffee. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 04:07, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Well, you made the connection. I just facilitated the mop-up work. :) ←Baseball Bugs What's up, Doc? carrots→ 04:36, 5 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Linda Pascotto

Hi, I see you nominated this article for deletion. I agree the subject is not notable, but would not the prod blp tag, found here 1 be more appropriate to a living biography? I see it allows 10 days for sources to be found. Rumiton (talk) 05:03, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That one is only for BLPs without any refs or evidence; besides, if you manage to find sources, you can add them at any time, the AfD doesn't prevent you from doing that. Choyoołʼįįhí:Seb az86556 > haneʼ 05:06, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Yes, but this article appears to currently have no sources at all, and the normal AfD tag only allows 7 days until deletion. Anyway, no problem. Rumiton (talk) 05:57, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Nabahat Khan (disambiguation)

It's 1:40 here in the East, so I'm perhaps sleepy enough that I'm simply misunderstanding you, but...your message confuses me. Where do "me," "my father", "my uncle," and "my brother" come in? I can't find them anywhere in any past revision. Nyttend (talk) 06:42, 12 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for section rescue
