AyosDito.ph is an online classified-ads website catering to the Philippine market. It is owned and operated by 701Search Pte Ltd, which is a joint venture between media giants Singapore Press Holdings and Schibsted. Launched in March 2009,[1] AyosDito offers free posting of ads for items such as properties, cars, computers, cellphones, electronic gadgets, food, and even jobs.
The word "AyosDito" is Tagalog for "Ok here".
Despite the rather plain site layout and design, people generally find the website very fast and simple to use.[2]
Site Speed
As of January 26, 2011, Alexa reports AyosDito.ph's average load time to be 1.46 seconds, which is around 1 second faster than that of Sulit and OLX.[3][4][5]
Ease of Use
Unlike other local online-classifieds, AyosDito requires no user registration.[6] Posting an ad is fairly straightforward without much mandatory fields to fill up. Submitted ads are reviewed before it's published to minimize fraud.
TV Coverage
AyosDito was featured in the May 11, 2009 episode of the hit TV show Net25 Convergence and the Sep 2, 2009 episode of Net25 Homepage.[7][8]
