Blitzkid is a horror punk/metal band from Virginia in the United States. They formed in 1997 and consisted of TB Monstrosity and Wolfgang Christopher. They were soon joined by Dr. Stuart Evilstein. In 1998, Argyle Goolsby replaced Wolfgang. After releasing their first full album, Terrifying Tales, in 1999, Billy Bones replaced Evilstein. In August 2003, the band announced a fourth member; Gilby Deviant, who was to be their rhythm guitarist. The band was signed to the @ntidote Records label, and to Fiendforce Records in Europe. They are current signed to Horror High Records.
In February 2003, after touring with Ghoultown, Gilby Deviant and Billy Bones left the band. Gilby was replaced by J-Sin Trioxin (who now plays with ex-Misfit Michale Graves) of Mister Monster fame. Billy Bones is currently drumming with Horror Ska band, the Independents. Goolsby also plays bass for Mister Monster, Dr. Chud's X-Ward (featuring former Misfits drummer, Dr. Chud), and Georgous Frankenstein (featuring former Misfits guitarist, Doyle).
