This article looks like Richardson (or his staff or supporters) have learned how to create a page on Wikipedia, but it also looks like they want to use Wikipedia as a campaign advertisement for the candidate. I removed a few of the glaringly-POV and uncited bits, but the article could certainly use more citations and less puffery.
