Birth year and age at death

Lots of sources say he was born in May 1941 and was 70 when he died. Lots of sources say he was born in May 1942 and was 69 when he died. Either of those could be true.

But then there are those that say he was born in May 1942 and was 70 - which is mathematically impossible. Our very own beloved article is currently saying this.

We need to find something authoritative to settle the matter (with due respect, an anonymous editor claiming to be his son-in-law could be anyone at all). -- Jack of Oz ^{[your turn]} 23:47, 4 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
