:Hey Rcsprinter123! Just a reminder - please don't forget to use the Teahouse Talkback for the editors you provide answers too. Most new editors don't know about the watchlist gadget or think about checking back, and it does show that leaving the template helps. It's mentioned Host tips page and also on a general template collection we have that features all of our templates, thus far! I hope you find value and use in these! Thanks :) Sarah (talk) 13:37, 21 March 2012 (UTC) |

GOCE March drive newsletter
Guild of Copy Editors March 2012 backlog elimination drive update
Greetings from the Guild of Copy Editors March 2012 Backlog elimination drive! Here's the mid-drive newsletter. Participation: We have had 58 people sign up for this drive so far, which compares favorably with our last drive, and 27 have copy-edited at least one article. If you have signed up but have not yet copy-edited any articles, please consider doing so. Every bit helps! If you haven't signed up yet, it's not too late. Join us! Progress report: Our target of completing the 2010 articles has almost been reached, with only 56 remaining of the 194 we had at the start of the drive. The last ones are always the most difficult, so thank you if you are able to help copy-edit any of the remaining articles. We have reduced the total backlog by 163 articles so far. Special thanks: Special thanks to Stfg, who has been going through the backlog and doing some preliminary vetting of the articles—removing copyright violations, doing initial clean-up, and nominating some for deletion. This work has helped make the drive a more pleasant experience for all our volunteers. Your drive coordinators – Dianna (talk), Stfg (talk), and Dank (talk)To discontinue receiving GOCE newsletters, please remove your name from our mailing list. |

Bot running wild
Hi, your wild animal User:RscprinterBot is linking Lozenge to Bullet in foreign languages. Please restrain it. Thanks! :) USchick (talk) 18:19, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
- Well, I seriously doubt that, but SprinterBot has been running so I'll assume you mean him. Sorry for any inconvenience caused, the problem is that interwiki.py goes through all the languages and gets the links from what links to other things, so lozenge probably translates to bullet in Wansfikian or something. But I will do what I can. Rcsprinter (orate) 19:13, 15 March 2012 (UTC)
- The edit on March 13 is still there [1] will it mess things up to undo it? And how do we keep it from relinking again? Thanks. USchick (talk) 02:24, 16 March 2012 (UTC)
- It won't mess anything up to undo it because the bot has finished its cycle of 'sweeping the wiki' for now. So it won't relink it. If you want to be sure for the next time you can put Nobots on the page. Rcsprinter (chat) 18:09, 16 March 2012 (UTC)

Teahouse Talkback Template Reminder

It's mentioned Host tips page and also on a general template collection we have that features all of our templates, thus far! I hope you find value and use in these!
