Why nominate it for deletion, then? We should just discuss whether or not can be moved to the Commons, instead. But it seems that was already decided a while ago. Just leave this file here, because it has no utility on the Commons. The only project where it has any use is on the English one, because the Japanese Wikipedia does not use album covers and en and ja are the only projects that have an article on the subject of the image.—Ryulong (琉竜) 19:57, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- plwiki also uses album covers in articles. Currently it is not used but it may change. To request keeping local copy to not use transferred file you may use template:keep local Bulwersator (talk) 05:19, 20 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  - That quoted bit of policy is also entirely incorrect. There's no usage outside of articles so NFCC#9 wouldn't apply anyway.
