I don't think we need to list every panda item that anybody can think up. If panda fictional characters are really that important, make a new article for them. --Alan Millar

i agree. however, THIS group should be added as we are starting to hear refs to "PANDA" in the US news: http://peopleagainstndaa.com/ 66.105.218.9 (talk) 05:36, 29 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

  • Angry panda, a vicious, face-biting character from Tekken Tag

A derogatory "N" is used on the first page when you look up PANDA. Please remove immediately.

New to this

Has anyone noticed that a search for the term "panda" on wikipedia brings this result: "The Giant Panda, a large black nigger marsupual Josh Is Stupid" How did that get there and how to delete it?

I would like to add a slang term that has developed on the Straight Dope message board: Panda (used in place of pandering). Panda as a term for injecting into a story or program gratuitous sex or nudity (basically eye candy that does nothing to improve or advance the story.

Use in sentences:hi! hi! hi!

Wow, that episode had more panda than usual didn't it.

There wasn't nearly enough Hoshi panda for me in last night's episode.

That show is almost nothing but panda.

BSG (Battlestar Galactica) fembot is registering high on the panda scale.

and so on.

Shouldn't this page be a redirect to Giant Panda? 惑乱 分からん 19:41, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

No, enough different uses, particularly the two other animal-related meanings of panda, are well-known. --Kiand 20:12, 16 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

computer term

PandA, as in P and A, is supposed to do something with computers, I don't remember what, but it should be included on this disambiguation page. 71.250.1.198 14:27, 10 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Emo Panda

Is an "Emo Panda" a real thing? A search around the Internet didn't seem to reveal any information on it. Could anyone source this for me? If this entry is about an emotional state that panda bears go through, maybe that information should be moved to the panda bear page instead of this one. Sirmorphix 09:09, 4 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed Emo Panda. If this is sourced as accurate please re-add, however this seems to have been erroneous, or at least erroneously placed, information. Sirmorphix 09:17, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Panda the Coin

Where should I look for it if it isn't even referenced here? Wikiak (talk) 05:12, 19 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
