The 2013 Australian Football League season will be the 117th season of the Australian rules football competition.

The season will be opened on 22 March with Adelaide hosting Essendon[1], and is scheduled to conclude on 28 September with the AFL Grand Final.

Pre-season

Draft

The 2012 National Draft will be held on 22 November on the Gold Coast.[2]
