The discography of British singer Cheryl Cole consists of three studio album, one extended play, nine singles (including three as a featured artist) and eleven music videos.
Cole first stepped away from Girls Aloud as a solo artist in 2008, when she featured on will.i.am's "Heartbreaker"—which reached number four in the United Kingdom; also peaking at number seven in Ireland. Cole's solo career began in October 2009 with the release of "Fight for This Love", the lead single from her debut studio album, 3 Words. The track saw Cole achieve her first solo number-one single when it topped the UK chart, while also attaining international chart success; peaking within the top 10 in the likes of France, Germany and The Netherlands. The parent album, released the following week, also topped the UK chart having since been certified as 3 times Platinum by the British Phonographic Industry (BPI). A further two singles were released from the album, the title track featuring will.i.am and "Parachute" both of which peaked within the top five in the United Kingdom.
October 2010 saw the release of Cole's second studio album, Messy Little Raindrops, which became her second consecutive number-one album in the UK; and has since been certified as Platinum by the BPI. It's lead single, "Promise This", became Cole's second solo number-one single when it topped the UK chart upon release. A second single, "The Flood", was released in January 2011 peaking at number eighteen. Cole released her third studio album, A Million Lights, in June 2012, where it debuted at number two in the UK; behind Justin Bieber's Believe. The lead single, "Call My Name", produced by Calvin Harris, became Cole's third number-one single with first week sales of 152,001 copies in the United Kingdom also becoming the biggest sales of the year. Its successor, "Under the Sun" was release on September 2 and peaked at number thirteen.
