Agona Nkwanta is a small town and is the capital of Ahanta West district, a district in the Western Region of Akanland.[1]

Location

Agona, is also known as Agona Junction or just Agona. Agona is 7km inland and en route between Takoradi and Tarkwa with a branch road off to Dixcove (and Achowa, Akwidaa) and Busua.[1]
