Queen Elizabeth's School (also known as QE) is a co-educational voluntary controlled Church of England secondary school in Wimborne Minster, Dorset, England.

Admissions

It is an upper school (ages 13 to 19) and specialist sports college situated just outside the west of Wimborne Minster in Dorset on the B3082. The school offers a large amount of courses including sports, sciences, mathematics, humanities, English, business, art, performing arts, languages and technological studies. The school has very close links with the Minster and was founded by the will of Lady Margaret Beaufort, the mother of Henry VII in 1497.

After her death the school became Wimborne Grammar School. Although the grammar school buildings still remain they have now been converted to flats.
