Publications

360i has released white papers and POVs, keeps an updated industry blog, and has published four industry handbooks to date.

In 2009, 360i published its Social Marketing Playbook, described as "the first comprehensive report written by marketers for marketers that establishes a foundation for strategically approaching the growing social media landscape in order to devise programs that achieve measurable marketing objectives".[14]

In 2010, 360i published the Mobile Marketing Playbook, which covers all major mobile marketing subject areas, including search engine marketing and optimization, SMS, media planning, social marketing, application development and promotion, shopping and barcodes. This playbook outlines the transition of mobile marketing from an emerging media tactic to a critical component of digital marketing campaigns.

360i published two playbooks in 2011. The first, Couponing in the Digital Age, takes an in-depth look at the evolving coupons landscape and serves as a guide for consumer packaged goods brands on how to connect with digital-minded consumers who are increasingly shifting their couponing habits online.

The second playbook released in 2011,the Social Commerce Playbook, is a guide for marketers on the intersection of social media and commerce, outlining the shifting consumer shopping habits that are changing the way brands connect with people online.

In addition to published playbooks, 360i releases white papers, POVs providing insights on new industry trends and innovations as they unfold. These breaking news pieces can be found on 360i’s Insights page here: 360i.com/insights. In addition, 360i provides constant analysis on the ever-shifting digital landscape and consumer behavior in its blog, Digital Connections.
