Description
This template provides a simple link to the PDBsum database that provides an overview of each of the 3D macromolecular structures deposited in the Protein Data Bank.
Usage
The template takes as a single argument a Pfam accession number and returns a comma seperated list of external links to the corresponding PDBsum database entries describing structures containing that pfam domain.
For example {{Pfam2PDBsum|PF00001}} returns the following list of links:
