Damage Totals

Just so you know - The damage totals for certain systems that impacted china were updated by me on monday after the chinese member report to the wmo was released. this is where the ip has got the damage totals from.Jason Rees (talk) 02:57, 7 December 2013 (UTC)

Im not going to call the CMA damage totals to the WMO official nor unofficial, but i will instead say that they are a sourced damage total rather than what was there before. If we find better totals when we research the systems then we may use that presuming it is sourced.Jason Rees (talk) 16:39, 7 December 2013 (UTC)

How about EM-DAT? Select Eastern Asia as region, Period as 2010-2013, and the disaster group as Natural. This is for E Asia, China only. If you dont have time:

For Shanshan, the NDRRMC said in their final situation report that there was 4 dead 2 missing, so we need to find a source that says the two missing were subsequently declared dead.Jason Rees (talk) 17:20, 7 December 2013 (UTC)

How about the others? Especially Trami with 31 dead, but the page lists it as 2. How about the indirect from the Philippines? (18) Maybe they're only counting damage and deaths for the country itself. Should we stick with AON Benfield? ..ItsPaide.. 17:37, 7 December 2013 (UTC)
