Elías Ricardo Figueroa Brander (born October 25, 1946 in Valparaíso) is a former football (soccer) player from Chile. He was considered the best player in The Americas in 1974, 1975, 1976 and all-time best football player in Chile.

Clubs

He played 241 games for Colo-Colo (6 goals) and 336 games for Internacional (26 goals).

He was designated “Best player” of Uruguay in 1967 and 1968. He was also nominated “Best football player” in South-America from 1974 to 1976, and “Best player” of Brazilian football in 1975 and 1976.

FIFA named him “Player of the year” in 1976 and one of the world's 125 best living soccer players.

National team

He has 70 caps for Chile (2 goals) and played in 1966, 1974, and 1982 World Cups.
