Welcome!

Some cookies to welcome you!

Welcome to Wikipedia, Ramsso! I am Marek69 and have been editing Wikipedia for quite some time. I just wanted to say hi and welcome you to Wikipedia! If you have any questions, feel free to leave me a message on my talk page or by typing {{helpme}} at the bottom of this page. I love to help new users, so don't be afraid to leave a message! I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, when you post on talk pages you should sign your name on talk pages using four tildes (~~~~); that should automatically produce your username and the date after your post. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}} on your talk page and ask your question there. Again, welcome!

Redirects

Hi there Ramsso. I see you've been creating pages which just consist of a link to another page. If you'd like the page to redirect to another page (i.e. go directly to the target when you go to the redirect page), than you can use this code: #REDIRECT [[<TargetPageNameHere>]]. If that doesn't make sense, or you have any other questions, feel free to drop by my talk page. Cheers - Kingpin13 (talk) 21:08, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blocked

When reviewing some of the images you uploaded without licenses, I came across one case where you had copied this image and claimed it was your own. Wikipedia cannot accept copyrighted text or images - you can't take images from other websites and simply upload them here claiming them as your own. To prevent further problems with copyright violations, I have blocked your account indefinitely - this does not mean forever, but it does mean that you will stay blocked until such time as you let me know you understand what the problem was and agree not to do it again. Thanks. Shell babelfish 01:46, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for uploading File:Saint Katherine 53 Almond.jpg. However, it currently is missing information on its copyright status. Wikipedia takes copyright very seriously. It may be deleted soon, unless we can determine the license and the source of the file. If you know this information, then you can add a copyright tag to the image description page.

If you have uploaded other files, consider checking that you have specified their license and tagged them, too. You can find a list of files you have uploaded by following this link.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thanks again for your cooperation. FASTILY (TALK) 22:57, 24 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This user is asking that their block be reviewed:

Ramsso (block logactive blocksglobal blockscontribsdeleted contribsfilter logcreation logchange block settingsunblockcheckuser (log))

Request reason:

Unlike the administrator Kingpin13 who provided help with the linking issue between pages which we weren't able to do correctly. He helped us and didn't block the IP Address, that's while the admin Shell Kinney blocked the IP Address as a whole when saw a problem with image uploading. The policies of images use in Wikipedia is perfect but we weren't able to implement those rules and make use of them while uploading the image in the interface of articles. Moreover, UNLIKE what that Shell weirdly claimed no one from our side claimed that we are the pictures' owners because UNDOUBTEDLY i'm not a good photographer and we don't have a camera. We used those image as they perfectly delivered the message and where valuable representatives for the content and we DID provide the names of the real owners of the images we knew their owners and we failed to find the names of other photos' owners although we did our best to try to get them. And SURELY the rules of this issue are pretty clear on Wikipedia but they weren't easy to conduct inside the interface of uploading images. And there are some other weird issues like deleting a logo that we uploaded and i'm its designer! And we mentioned in the boxes of the interface of uploading images that we are the owners of the logo that we really designed, however it was erased!

Notes:

  • In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
  • Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
Administrator use only:

If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

{{Unblock on hold |1=blocking administrator |2=Unlike the administrator Kingpin13 who provided help with the linking issue between pages which we weren't able to do correctly. If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.
